SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
Monthly Dues of $100, plus $150 quarterly  food  & beverage minimum.  Initiation fee $1,200 deferred with two-year membership.     For those that wish to be a part of club life it’s activities and events.  Our Social membership offers full use of the clubhouse, including exquisite dining at Mikayla’s Grille and Bar,  complete fitness center access, our resort pool, meeting rooms, and tennis courts.   If you play golf on occasion take advantage of our daily play privileges with 24-hour  advance tee times.

GOLF MEMBERSHIPS

 Golfers have enjoyed the challenge of Millwood ‘s Championship Course since 1995 and the Tradition continues from the moment you approach the tee to our 134 slope rating, our course is tough enough, but not too hard to scare the average golfer.   Enjoy everything Millwood Golf and Racquet Club has to offer from golf, dining, and events!

Associate Single 35 and Under
 Monthly dues of  $149
 Initiation fee of $1,80o deferred
 Unlimited Course Fees of $30 month
Associate Family 35 and Under
Monthly dues of  $169
Initiation fee of $2,100 deferred
Unlimited Course Fees:  Primary  $30 month    Secondary $20 month

Single 36 and above
Monthly dues of $195
Initiation fee of $2,400 deferred
Unlimited Course Fees or Per Play

Master Golf  36 and above
Monthly dues of  $275
Initiation fee of $3,330 deferred
Unlimited Course Fees or Per Play

Collegiate  22 and under
Monthly Dues: $100 with no food & beverage minimum
$5.00 per round of Golf
Golf Weekdays Anytime /Weekends after 2:00pm

1. $250 one time, non-refundable, application fee applies to all memberships.

2. All memberships require two-year contract, unless otherwise noted.
